Now the ELECylinders position adjustments and operating conditions can be set by the TB-03 teaching pendant from outside the equipment, even without a cable connection.

The TB-03 can monitor the operating status of up to 16 axes while receiving wireless data from the ELECylinder. Error recovery time can also be shortened by troubleshooting with wireless connection.

The ELECylinder electric actuators replace air cylinders. With multi-positioning it can start and stop smoothly at high velocity, reducing cycle times.

New RCP6 ROBO Cylinder

IAI introduces a wide variety of product types in the new RCP6 series, which also include wide slider types and wide radial cylinder types. Allowable dynamic moment for the wide slider type is 14 times higher than the standard slider. Allowable torque on the rod type of the wide radial cylinder is 3 times higher than the standard radial cylinder.

Dorner SmartPace Dynamic Pacing Conveyors

The SmartPace conveyor enhances packaged product orientation by receiving items and properly spacing them on the conveyor.

The conveyor uses HMI interface to control the spacing, speed and orientation of products. This gives users is the ability to merge multiple lanes together without product stops or gates – the entire process is smooth and seamless. A Photoeye detects randomly spaced parts enter the conveyor. The conveyor’s servo motor control automatically varies the conveyor speed and conveyor junction placement to generate an evenly spaced part.

Dorner Introduces 3200 Series Modular Belt Conveyor

Designed for medium to heavy parts with flexible layout options, Dorner’s 3200 Series modular belt conveyor is ideal for parts handling, accumulation, positioning, high speeds, long runs and product transfers. The 3200 features innovative transfer options and complete layout flexibility including; multiple curves, inclines and declines.

Industry best V-guiding provides positive belt tracking, even under demanding side load applications.  Modular belts and spliced standard belts allow for quick belt changing, reducing downtime. The precise rack and pinion belt tensioning and sealed-for-life bearings means low maintenance.
